I also run group introduction sessions.
$25 Adults, $15 Concession.
Try out hypno in a group setting first.

How long is a session ?

I allow up to an hour for the first session.
Up to 45 minutes for subsequent sessions.

Referrals, Medicare and Rebates

Referral not needed*.
Hypnotherapy is not covered by Medicare,
so we do not have an item number.
Some private health funds offer a modest rebate.

*However, referrals are welcome.

How many sessions ?

Every person is different, so it is hard to say.
I will ask how you are feeling at the end of the first session. Some people notice improvement as early as this.

 

3 to 5 sessions is a good general guide. At least three.

If you have noticed no improvement
after the fifth session, then either the therapy or the therapist may not be right for you.

In such a unusual case, I will offer to refer you to another.
